Animal Preservation of East Texas (APET-SPCA)

APET SPCA is a duly certified 501© (3) non-profit Texas corporation and has relied on private funding for operating its animal care and rescue mission. In 2007, APET SPCA received state funding for its low cost spay and neuter program. Local government funds from Wood County Commissioners, the cities of Hawkins, Winnsboro and Yantis, TX provide support to APET SPCA low cost animal programs, Animal Center and future expansions.
