Seventy-five years ago, a miracle was set into motion. A miracle for its ability to inspire and astound through music, yes; but also a miracle for its capacity to gain momentum through the decades rather than stand still.
The founders of the Utah Symphony and Utah Opera believed that the people of our state would be inspired by music of the highest caliber and set forth to create organizations that would enrich the lives of every citizen with music.
In 2002, the Utah Symphony and Utah Opera came together to create an even greater impact and joined forces under the same vision.
