Animal Resources of Tidewater

Animal Rescue of Tidewater (ART) was founded in 1998 primarily as a rescue organization. Over a decade later, ART still rescues but the majority of our resources are devoted to providing free and low-cost spay/neuter through our SpayHR Program, eliminating breed discrimination via our Pitbull Awareness Coalition, providing support to pet owners in financial distress to keep pets in homes.
